Missed Call Text

A missed call text is an automated SMS message that is instantly sent to a caller when their call goes unanswered. This message acknowledges the missed call and often provides helpful information—such as business hours, alternative contact methods, or a link to book an appointment—ensuring the client feels acknowledged and supported even when staff are unavailable to answer in real-time.

Create Missed Call Text

  1. The user can create a missed call text by accessing “Missed Call Text” in the Phone System Panel from two entry points.
    1. From the Phone System Panel, click on “Missed Call Text.”
    2. From the Left Navigation, click on the “Phone System” dropdown menu, and select “Missed Call Text.’’
  2. To set up a missed call text, first check the “Enable Missed Call Text” option. Then, enter the message you want to send automatically when a call is missed. Once your message is ready, click “Create Missed Call Text” to save and activate it.
    The missed call text has been successfully created!
