Manage My Profile

This user guide provides step-by-step instructions for managing your profile in the DigiMEDSPA Portal, including how to edit personal information, update your password, and delete your account to keep your profile accurate and secure.

Understanding Terminologies

Profile

A profile in the DigiMEDSPA Portal is a collection of personal information and settings associated with a user. Users may include employees, providers, authorized personnel, and patients. A profile typically contains details such as name, contact information, and login credentials. You can update these details, change passwords, and manage account settings to ensure accuracy and security.

View My Profile

  1. The user can view their profile by accessing “My Profile” from two entry points.
    1. From the Top Right Profile dropdown menu, select “My Profile.”
    2. From the Left Navigation, click on the “My Account” dropdown and select “My Profile.”
  2. The User Details Screen will open, displaying the user's profile details including Business Name, First and Last Name, Email, Phone Number, County, Address, Zip Code, State, City, and Status.

Edit My Profile

  1. Click the "Edit User" button in the top right corner of the User Details Screen.
  2. Enter the required information, including First and Last Name, and Email. The fields for Country, Address, Zip Code, State, City, and Phone Number are optional. After making the necessary edits, click "Save" to apply the changes.
    Your profile has been successfully edited!

Delete My Profile

  1. Click the "Delete User" button in the top right corner of the User Details Screen. Note: Deleting your user profile will permanently remove your account and all associated data from the system. This action revokes portal access and cancels any scheduled activities, ensuring you are no longer part of the active user base.

Change Password for My Profile

  1. Click the "Change Password" button in the top right corner of the User Details Screen.
  2. Enter your new password, then re-enter it in the Password Confirmation field. Click "Save" to update your password.
    Note: Your new password must be at least 8 characters long; otherwise, it cannot be changed.Your password has been successfully changed!
